At the meeting, the two sides shared and exchanged information on “intellectual property” issues such as the situation of each party’s IP rights protection for “inventions,” trademarks, and “industrial designs”; measures to prevent the distribution of counterfeit goods on the market; measures to support the creation and exploitation of intellectual property; promote cooperation between IPR Enforcement Agencies and between experts of the two sides, etc.
