Established in 2002 in Hanoi, WINCO is now a prominent intellectual property law firm in Vietnam. Our business expands to ASEAN countries like Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and other countries around the world.

WINCO is a member of numerous associations such as: the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA), the Vietnam Association of Lawyers (VAL), ASEAN IPA, the Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the European Communities Trademark
Association (ECTA), and International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).

The number of staffs in WINCO had risen significantly, especially in departments relating to the field of Intellectual Property, such as Patents, Trademarks, Copyright, etc. The firm then became one of the fastest-growing companies operating in the field of Intellectual Property in Vietnam, with a staff of more than 40 employees. To satisfy the growing demand for personnel and workload, we relocated to a more innovative and spacious Head Office, at No. 343 Doi Can Street, Lieu Giai Ward, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi.

WINCO has grown to become one of Vietnam's top five law firms in the 15 years after its inception in 2002. The company has a multi-industry scope with more than 150 employees, including approximately 100 employees working in the field of Intellectual Property. The firm established its new headquarters at No. 54 Tran Quoc Vuong, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi to satisfy the needs of development and the constantly increasing number of employees. The field of operation still maintains 2 main areas: 1. Intellectual Property Consultation Services, Complaints, and Proceedings related to the field of Intellectual Property. 2. Civil Legal Consulting Services, Court Litigation, Investment, Economic and Financial Consulting, and related procedures.

Celebrating 20 years of establishment was also the time when WINCO had just surpassed the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. When the COVID-19 Pandemic raged worldwide and in Vietnam, WINCO continued to grow and create new branches in Tien Giang province, Phu Tho province, and the Central area of Vietnam to fulfill the ever-changing business needs. The Branch Office in Ho Chi Minh City has been relocated to a new address: LM81-24.OT12 Vinhomes Central Park Building, 720A Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
