Dr. Ngu received his PhD in Chemistry from Russian National Research Medical University. Prior to joining the firm, he was a professor at Thai Nguyen Industrial Technology University and the head of the Technological Science Department. Having been involved in intellectual property and joined WINCO since 1995, he specializes in patent preparation and prosecution in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, electronics and computer technology. His expertise has enabled him to write numerous patent specifications covering a wide range of technologies including business practice, hardware, software and mechanical designs.

He is a member of VIPA (Vietnam Intellectual Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Le Xuan Hoang is the first founding member of WINCO. He graduated from Hanoi Law University in 1988. He was a specialist of the Legislation Department of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam during 1988 – 1992 and became a member of Hanoi Lawyer Corps in 1992. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property; especially he is proficient in solving intellectual property disputes on the rights over patents, industrial designs, trademarks in Vietnam as well as claims for the rights over industrial property subject matters in Vietnam and trademarks in Laos and Cambodia. He attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice and many other training courses as well as international forums on intellectual property matters which were sponsored by WIPO. He was also awarded his Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

He is a member of VIPA (Vietnam Intellectual Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Khiem has over twenty years of experiences in business consulting with expertise in economic policy analysis, business strategy and analysis, corporate governance and restructuring, banking & finance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability risk management. He works with both public and private sector stakeholders; he has built upon his deep understanding of Vietnam’s economic, social, ana political dynamics to assist clients and partners in mitigating risks and embracing business opportunities related to social and environmental sustainability. Prior to joining Winco, he worked with a project in Hanoi funded by the European Union that focused on trade and investment between the EU and the region. An area of particular attention involved analysis of Vietnam’s investment climate and regulatory environment related to trade.

Chinh is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. He has over 10 years of legal advisory and business consulting experience. His particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, corporate, M&A, property, construction & engineering, competition & consumer, employment relations, product quality registration/ declaration, banking & finance!

Hong has been a member of Winco since 2002. He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. Before being a member of Winco, he worked for some law offices in Hanoi. He has great expertise in litigation on the fields of civil, commerce and administration.

Anh graduated from the Hanoi University of Commerce, where he obtained a Bachelor of Economics in 2009. He also got a Bachelor of Laws in economics, Certificate of Notarization, Certificate of professional law practice in Ho Chi Minh City in 2012.
Prior to joining WINCO, he had five years working at some state-owned import-export, and construction enterprises. He is a member of Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association specializing in consulting and litigation in the fields of criminal, civil, marriage, family, labor, business, import-export, construction, intellectual property. …

Dr. Phuong studied at Hanoi Law University where he received a Doctor of Laws. He also takes part in training, and teaching professionals at Hanoi Law University and Judicial Academy. Before cooperating with Winco, he worked at People's Courts. He has many years experience in litigation matters involving both civil and criminal cases, business disputes resolution and he also has a deep understanding of Vietnamese law and International law as well. He is a member of VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers) and VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).

Quynh is a partner of the company's Hanoi office. After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University, she joined the company. She Joint in Hanoi Bar Association since 1997 and being called to many courts involve Intelectual Property cases, she has practiced in matters related to industrial design, copyright as well as related litigation and licensing.

She also received an Intellectual Property Certificate issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA.

Hang graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies and Hanoi National Economics University. Prior to joining WINCO in 2006, she worked as an official at Vietnam Steel Corporation. She represents domestic and foreign clients in various IP related matters in Vietnam and many other countries. With over 18 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, she has been assisting clients with filing applications for registration of IP subject matters, pursuing opposition, appeal, IP assessment as well as helping clients effectively enforce their IP rights such as handling IP infringement and unfair competition, protecting IP rights through customs supervision measures. Hang obtained her Practicing Certificate of Industrial Property Agent issued by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. She is currently a member of Asian Intellectual Property Associations (ASEAN IPA), Association of International Intellectual Property Protection (AIPPI), International Trademark Association (INTA).

Thinh is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. She has been a member of Winco since 2008.

Her law and agency practice encompasses preparation and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and internationally, provision of advice on strategies for the maintenance and and enforcement of trademarks.

Ha is an associate of the firm's Hanoi office. After her graduation from Hanoi Law University, she joined the firm. Since she was called to the bar 1997, she has practiced in matters concerning trademarks, copyrights and related litigation and licensing. She also obtained her Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA

Tu is a graduate of Hanoi Law University where she received her Bachelor of Laws. Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Hanh is an expereinced lawyer who has over twenty years of corporate legal counseling, more than ten years of intellectual property consultancy. She graduated from Hanoi University of Law in 1995, and the Institute of State and Law Research in 2003. Now she is a member of the Bar Association of Hanoi. She is proficient in solving intellectual property disputes on the rights overindustrial design, trademark in Vietnam as well as claims for rights over intellectual property subject matters. She has a close relation with a number of government agencies, at both central and local levels.

Van is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. She received a Master in intellectual property at University of Hanoi Law School. She obtained Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by National Office of Intellectual Property. She has given numerous lectures at universities and international seminars on intellectual property law. She has been involved in intellectual property and has handled civil, criminal cases as well as the business disputes for many times. She is a member of ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), and VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association).

Cong is a patent attorney, not only has extensive knowledge of intellectual property, but also has direct experience in diverse technical fields, ranging from robotics (Mechanical Laboratory - Hanoi University of Science and Technology) to software engineering (DASI Center - Hanoi University of Science and Technology), mechanical design engineering (Everbridge Vietnam company; Cimas Engineering company) and manufacturing engineering (Canon Vietnam company; Vicostone company).

The firm advises clients on patent issues and strategies in Vietnam, and handles other patent and design related proceedings. Cong graduated with a Bachelor of Mechatronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Law. He also received a Certificate in Biology from the Vietnam Science and Technology Foundation; Certified by Japan Patent Office and IP Institute - Singapore.

Nga is patent attorney in Hanoi office. Her capabilities span the entire patent field, from consulting with clients and managing cases, to drafting patent specifications, to translating specifications into Vietnamese, to interviewing examiners of the NOIP to accelerate the examination process.

She earned a Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunications with high marks from the HCMC University of Technology, and then earned a Diploma of foreign languages from English Division of HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Prior to joining WINCO in 2011, she spent 7 years as an engineer in FPT Telecom and Siemens Vietnam. She also completed many IP training courses organized by WIPO, ASEAN IPA, and the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.
