Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Trang

Hang graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies and Hanoi National Economics University. Prior to joining WINCO in 2006, she worked as an official at Vietnam Steel Corporation. She represents domestic and foreign clients in various IP related matters in Vietnam and many other countries. With over 18 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, she has been assisting clients with filing applications for registration of IP subject matters, pursuing opposition, appeal, IP assessment as well as helping clients effectively enforce their IP rights such as handling IP infringement and unfair competition, protecting IP rights through customs supervision measures. Hang obtained her Practicing Certificate of Industrial Property Agent issued by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. She is currently a member of Asian Intellectual Property Associations (ASEAN IPA), Association of International Intellectual Property Protection (AIPPI), International Trademark Association (INTA).

Thinh is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. She has been a member of Winco since 2008.

Her law and agency practice encompasses preparation and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and internationally, provision of advice on strategies for the maintenance and and enforcement of trademarks.

Ha is an associate of the firm's Hanoi office. After her graduation from Hanoi Law University, she joined the firm. Since she was called to the bar 1997, she has practiced in matters concerning trademarks, copyrights and related litigation and licensing. She also obtained her Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA

Tu is a graduate of Hanoi Law University where she received her Bachelor of Laws. Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including preparation and prosecution of trademark applications, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Linh is an associate of the firm's Ho Chi Minh office. She is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh Law University. She is a member of Trademark Department. She attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice. She specializes in advisory services on the protection of intellectual property rights, advice on assignment, licensing and renewal, maintenance of Intellectual Property subject matters.

Quynh is a partner of the company's Hanoi office. After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University, she joined the company. She Joint in Hanoi Bar Association since 1997 and being called to many courts involve Intelectual Property cases, she has practiced in matters related to industrial design, copyright as well as related litigation and licensing.

She also received an Intellectual Property Certificate issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA.
