Huong graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 1998 and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages in 2002. She specializes in translating patents in pharma, biotech, medical and chemical fields, and has been working as a patent translator since 2005.

Phuong has 17 years of experience in consulting and auditing for KPMG and other Big 4 companies, with in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance, independent audit of financial statements, internal control systems and risk management. Some of his most important projects and recent experience at KPMG include: Participated in several KrMG due diligence projects as a buy-side consultant; Directed hundreds of audits of financial statements, reviewing internal control systems of KPMG's clients including banks, financial companies, securities companies, funds, fund management companies, manufacturing companies and other organizations in Vietnam; Presiding over the project of reviewing the mediation process, developing a bank-wide mediation framework, policies and procedures for the main business processes of a Vietnamese commercial bank; Participating in the project team of the Ministry of Finance to prepare the new Vietnamese Accounting Standards (“VAS”) and Vietnamese Financial Reporting Standards (“VFRS”), etc.

Mach is a partner of the firm’s Ho Chi Minh office, born in 1983 in Quang Ngai. He is in charge of providing leading legal services in the market, especially providing legal services and consulting in the field of direct sales in Vietnam.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, Ho Chi Minh City Law University, majoring in Criminal Law (2006) and a Master of Economic Law, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (2019). He is currently a lawyer of the Bar Association of Ho Chi Minh City.

During his time as a lawyer, Mr. Mach has participated in many legal, civil, commercial and labor cases. Having many years of experience working with Courts, Procuracy, and investigative agencies. Especially in the criminal field, he has participated in many first-instance and appellate cases

Hoai is an associate of the firm, practicing at the firm's Hanoi office. Since obtaining her Bachelor of International Laws at Hanoi Law University in 1999, she has practiced exclusively in the area of intellectual property law with emphasis on trademark and copyright matters. She also obtained her Bachelor of International Relations Institute.

Phuong has been a member of Winco since 2004. She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages and The University of Foreign trade. She is an accountant of a foreign company prior to joining Winco.
