Le Xuan Hoang is the first founding member of WINCO. He graduated from Hanoi Law University in 1988. He was a specialist of the Legislation Department of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam during 1988 – 1992 and became a member of Hanoi Lawyer Corps in 1992. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property; especially he is proficient in solving intellectual property disputes on the rights over patents, industrial designs, trademarks in Vietnam as well as claims for the rights over industrial property subject matters in Vietnam and trademarks in Laos and Cambodia. He attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice and many other training courses as well as international forums on intellectual property matters which were sponsored by WIPO. He was also awarded his Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

He is a member of VIPA (Vietnam Intellectual Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Chinh is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. He has over 10 years of legal advisory and business consulting experience. His particular strengths are in the fields of foreign direct investment, corporate, M&A, property, construction & engineering, competition & consumer, employment relations, product quality registration/ declaration, banking & finance!

Hang graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages and Hanoi National Economics University. Before joining WINCO in 2006, she was an officer at Vietnam Steel Corporation.

Hang represents domestic and foreign clients in many intellectual property related matters in Vietnam and many countries in the region. With more than 13 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, she has been assisting clients not only to file applications for IP objects in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and other countries around the world, but also to help customers effectively exercise their IP rights. rights such as dealing with acts of IPR infringement and unfair competition, dealing with counterfeit and infringing goods, and protecting IPR through customs supervision.

Hang has an Industrial Property Representative Practice Certificate issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. She is currently a member of the Asian Intellectual Property Association (ASEAN IPA), the International Intellectual Property Protection Association (AIPPI), the International Trademark Association (INTA).

Ha is an associate of the firm's Hanoi office. After her graduation from Hanoi Law University, she joined the firm. Since she was called to the bar 1997, she has practiced in matters concerning trademarks, copyrights and related litigation and licensing. She also obtained her Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. She is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA
