Ms. Tran Thi Thanh

Le Xuan Hoang is the first founding member of WINCO. He graduated from Hanoi Law University in 1988. He was a specialist of the Legislation Department of the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam during 1988 – 1992 and became a member of Hanoi Lawyer Corps in 1992. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property; especially he is proficient in solving intellectual property disputes on the rights over patents, industrial designs, trademarks in Vietnam as well as claims for the rights over industrial property subject matters in Vietnam and trademarks in Laos and Cambodia. He attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by Vietnam Ministry of Justice and many other training courses as well as international forums on intellectual property matters which were sponsored by WIPO. He was also awarded his Certificate of Intellectual Property by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

He is a member of VIPA (Vietnam Intellectual Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Phuong has 17 years of experience in consulting and auditing for KPMG and other Big 4 companies, with in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance, independent audit of financial statements, internal control systems and risk management. Some of his most important projects and recent experience at KPMG include: Participated in several KrMG due diligence projects as a buy-side consultant; Directed hundreds of audits of financial statements, reviewing internal control systems of KPMG's clients including banks, financial companies, securities companies, funds, fund management companies, manufacturing companies and other organizations in Vietnam; Presiding over the project of reviewing the mediation process, developing a bank-wide mediation framework, policies and procedures for the main business processes of a Vietnamese commercial bank; Participating in the project team of the Ministry of Finance to prepare the new Vietnamese Accounting Standards (“VAS”) and Vietnamese Financial Reporting Standards (“VFRS”), etc.

Thanh Mai was educated at University of Finance and Account where she received Bachelor of Account. She also graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages, English Department. She has just received Certificate of Chief Accountant.

Lan is a graduate of University of Finance and Accountancy. She was also awarded her Bachelor of English at University of Foreign Languages. Prior to joining WINCO, she was an accountant of VINACONEX Corporation.

Phuong has been a member of Winco since 2004. She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages and The University of Foreign trade. She is an accountant of a foreign company prior to joining Winco.
